The device will not be usable during the install. - The download will take approximately 20 minutes. The installation will take approximately 10 minutes. Update your software: Software will be automatically downloaded to your phone 1. A notification will be sent to the device prompting you to install the update 2. Follow the onscreen instructions to install the update Or 1. Go to the Home screen 2. Tap Menu > Settings > System updates > HTC software update 3.
